Kathy Molloy
Kathy
Molloy has over 25 years experience consulting with leaders
in a variety of businesses, both domestic and international.
As an anthropologist with extensive training and experience
in business, Kathy brings a unique perspective to organization
design, executive coaching and development, and globalization.

- Co-design and facilitation of the Organization Design
Forum's 7-Step Process workshop for organization design
with international banks in the US, Canada and the UK
- Rapid redesign of a one million person organization for
a global nonprofit
- Design and implementation of global leadership competencies
and strategic staffing initiatives for top consulting firms,
biotechs and technology organizations
- Design and implementation of a cultural due diligence
process to assess potential acquisitions and support mergers
and acquisitions in a rapid growth company
- Cross-cultural and performance coaching for global leaders
in Fortune 50 firms, enabling them to achieve performance
goals rapidly and efficiently

At Aetna Life & Casualty, Kathy spent
12 years in strategic Human Resources roles leading major
initiatives such as succession planning, organization design,
performance management and business planning. She played a
key role in the whole company redesign in 1991, working closely
with the Chairman and CEO.
Kathy holds a BA from Boston University, where
she graduated Phi Beta Kappa, an MBA in International Business
from the University of Connecticut and a Master's Degree in
Social/Cultural Anthropology from Duke University. She is
certified in the use of several interpersonal, intercultural,
360 feedback, and organization design-related tools and programs.
She is the co-author of Getting
Results Through Organization Design, published in 2004.
Recently ,she co-authored "Gaining a Critical Edge in
Mastering Globalization" for Leadership In Action
published by the Center for Creative Leadership, Volume 27,
Number 2, May/June 2007.
